SUBIEFEST DAYTONA SPEEDWAY

Subiefest at Daytona International Speedway is one of the largest automotive lifestyle festivals in the country, combining motorsports culture, brand activations, live talent, and high-volume consumer engagement. The activation required precision coordination across a live raceway environment with strict access controls, safety protocols, and tight production windows.

As Tour Manager, I worked alongside three additional tour managers to oversee logistics and field execution for a CDL-driven activation truck, ensuring seamless integration into one of the most operationally complex venues in U.S. motorsports.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Managed logistics and on-site operations for a CDL transport truck within an active speedway environment

  • Coordinated load-in, placement, and load-out under strict venue and safety constraints

  • Worked cross-functionally with other tour managers to maintain synchronized execution

  • Supported talent-facing operations involving Buckie Lasek and live brand moments

  • Acted as on-site problem solver in a high-noise, high-traffic festival setting

  • Ensured operational continuity amid large crowds, tight timelines, and evolving conditions

Results:

  • Successfully executed activation within one of the most logistically demanding motorsports venues in the U.S.

  • Maintained schedule integrity and safety compliance throughout the event

  • Delivered smooth operations with zero disruption to talent or attendee experience

  • Reinforced brand presence within a high-energy, enthusiast-driven automotive audience
